Dr. I am a mother of 3 aged 37 years. My last kid was delivered in October last year.(C Section) I have not slept for the last few nights. I have pain in the throat, I smell a foul smell when I breath. I am a patient of chron s collitis & also have stones in the gall bladder. After about half an hour of full meal, I feel hungry. I do not have any challenges with BP / diabetes

Need not to worry. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after complete examination. You should get blood and sputum test done. You should go for throat swab test as well. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should maintain oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Avoid spicy and sharp food. Take throat lozenges.
