What Is The Treatment For Tingling Feeling In The Hand?

Hi I have this tingling feeling from my elbow down to my fingers (right hand) It is NOT in my pinkie and it hurts REALLY bad and then not so bad. My wrist is a little swollen on the bottom and a bunp on the top part of my wrist closer to my thumb side. It has happened time & again. Usually goes away after a few hours but started up again last night and still hurts now after taking naxapren. Oh and the sides of my neck hurt too. What do you think??
