What Is The Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Urethra?

I have a tingling in my urethra. I have to urinate several times before going to bed. Sometimes I have a full bladder, other time only a teaspoon will come out. I know I am not pregnant, my husband and I do not have stds and I tested negative on a home uti strip. The tingling is very bothersome and I often have to apply pressure to my urethra to allow the small amount of annoying urine to pass. Even then the tjning continues. I feel no pain or burning. What's wrong with me?
