What Is The Treatment For Tiredness, Plantar Fascitis And Recurring Infections?

Hi I am 49 years old and am a female. I have a wonderful doctor but perhaps a second opinion might not hurt. I feel like crap 90% of the time. I have degenerative disk disease and arthritis and bursitis throughout my body. I have been on various medications for the past 6 years, one of which is Tylenol 3. 180/month. Also I take at times flexeril, aldactone for swelling, pariat for stomach issues and naproxen for inflammation. I have had a biopsy on my thyroid because of nodules but that came out ok. My thyroid level is between .27 and .3 but I am not taking medication. I am now worried about my liver and the effects that 6 years of Tylenol could have done to it. I have severe swelling all over but especially on my legs, I have gained approximately 65 pounds in the last 5 years, and about 20 that since September. I quit smoking over 3 years ago so I attribute some of the weight gain to that. I am normally an active person who enjoys biking, hiking and golfing and I am having a hard time even climbing the 6 stairs in my home these days. I am a housekeeper at a hospital so I spend the day on my feet so by the end of the day, I am ready to collapse. I am extremely tired, have plantar fasciitis, If I am so much as poked in certain parts of my body it feels like I am being stabbed, and have now noticed patches on my body that look like psoriasis. I have had numerous dental infections which have resulted in IV antibiotics. The first one happened in my late 20 s when I was pregnant with one of my children which was very dangerous and I spent two weeks in a hospital and weeks after taking antibiotics. The last 6 infections have been in the last 8 or 9 years. Perhaps this is nothing more than menopause and it will pass, but it is very frustrating. So what do you think Doctor? Is this worth me seeing another physician, or is it just natural aging? Thanks so much for your time. Karen

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I agree that you do have multiple complaints but non of them indicates any big disease, these are non specific and function problems more or less, you became too much conscious and apprehensive, and that is the reason why you are taking any changes whenever happens in your body taking it very seriously and becoming depressed this thing brings your stress level high, so just take it easy and nothing to worry about any thing, take care and have good time. ( NO need to see any physician)
