What Is The Treatment For Tuberculosis In The Leg?

hi, sir my mother had been suffering with tb in her leg, since 5 years. in the first year at the last month after an MRI tb was recogonised as she losses all weight. And then got treatment, there was some liquid which was taken out from her bone, after 1 year she recovered her weight, but still her right knee doesnt get well. After 4 years still the same thing. she can walk only with walker.
which specialist should i approach for further treatment. and what treament to be done?
