What Is The Treatment For Ulcers On The Back Of My Tongue Inspite Of Having Occasional Chest Pain?

I ve been to the doctors complaining of occasional chest pain and a cough I also have ulcers on the back of my tongue and throat he has given me amoxicillin but the ulcers are getting worse and I still have the cough and I ve developed a small lump on the roof of my mouth what could this be and do I need to go back to the doctors

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the ulcers on the back of the tongue could be herpetic ulcers or aphthous ulcers or depapillated areas..consult a oral physician for examination of the oral cavity and needful..you can use topical anesthetic and analgesics for the ulcers that is more than enough. do saline gargling.. i hope my answer will help you..take care.
