What Is The Treatment For Uterine Fibroid And Heavy Bleeding?

Hi- I've got a fibroid 5cm. in uterine lining/muscle (maybe more fibroids in there) which has been responsible for massively bloody periods. I will likely get a myomectomy. Question is...what is the bleeding likely going to be like if I become pregnant now, and have an early abortion (RU486 type)?
