What Is The Treatment For Uterine Fibroid?

what does it mean on my ultrasound pelvic report i have a 29mm x 26mm fibroid in the posterior uterine wall and another fibroid 10mm x 9mm in the right lower uterine segment towards the cervix ? and also please it says my right ovary measures 8.9cc and the left ovary 4.6cc in volume and a corpus luteum is identified within the right ovary measuring 18mm
