What Is The Treatment For Uterine Fibroids?

hello there I have a bulky anteverted fibroid uterus , the largest fibroid mass measuring 110x88mm which distorts the endometrium. There are also some smaller intramural fibroids. Is it likely that I will be feel feeling very tired for much of the time and should I just wait for the menopause when they are likely to subside due to increase in progesterone. ?
