What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Infection?

rite nw im having an vaginal infection 2day i went to a doctor n shehasprescribed me a drug called azithral but nw i am afraid of consuming the final night dose bcoz i got vomitting n severe stomachache after consumtion of that.and one more thing today's my second day of menses.so plz suggest me rite nw if possible wat to do nw with my last dose shd i have it or not plz suggest.
