What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Lichen Sclerosus?

Hi! I got diagnosed by biopsie with vaginal lichen schlerosis 3 months ago after receiving a tetanus shot. All the creams and supplements, anti-inflammatory diet I'm using since for auto-immune disease are not working, the awful grey skin of the mucous membrane is persistent and won't budge. Sex is not possible, and I'm about to lose the love of my life. I feel despondent and don't know what to do anymore. I'm young in my 40's.Help me please..
