What Is The Treatment For Vertigo And Abdominal Pain?

i have extreme vertigo, about a week now. i had simi;lar when i was 11 yrs old (now 58) when i had severe kidney troube. the sysptoms are same. the vomitting, dry heaving, can't make a move w/out vomitting. i've been take dramamine , 6 daily. not much relief. i've also had kidney stones in recent months.getting in a car is a nightmare. how do i find out if it is my kidneys or inner ear? my pain is in back with kidneys and front abdomen (bladder). denise
