What Is The Treatment For Vestibular Disorder And Headache?

Hi doctor, im 24 years old, im suffering from one of the over masturbation consequences, I have been self abusing since my teenage started and I started to smoke at 15, now my problem is the post ejaculatory headaches and number of visual problems, very sensitive to sunlight, difficult to track moving objects, difficult to focus, tendency to look at near objects, im having more trouble in night times, dizziness and imbalance, im having more trouble at night times, ive got the same visual and psychological disturbances of vestibular disorder. I’ve been to eye doctors many times and got checked nothing seems to be wrong, doctor doesn’t know what to say, they say masturbation doesn’t cause these but I think my ejaculations are the only cause for all these problems.. it exists continuosly for more than a year and I cannot manage anymore, now my suicidal thoughts almost killed me.. what should I do plz help.. should I consult ENT or a sexologists, neurologists..? I haven’t ejaculated for 3 months but my symptoms doesn’t go away its getting worse. Im smoking, I cant stop smoking, my symptoms get worse when I smoke.
