What Is The Treatment For Weakness And Severe Joint Pain?

I've felt weak and severe joint pain for over a year. I keep getting infections as well that do not go away easily. Now I have extreme pain behind my knees (lymph nodes?) to the point of wanting to die to end the pain. One test showed higher lymphs but that was all that was said or done about that. My quality of life has deteriated to the point of suicide thoughts.
