What Is The Treatment For Weakness,lightheadedness,nausea,ringing In Ears And Tingling In Scalp?

The last 3 days I wake up feeling weak,tired,light headed,ringing in my ears then I have to go sit down till the faint feeling goes away then I feel nauseated. Also feels like my scalp is tingling and one spot on my chin has a twitching stinging feeling..and I wake up a couple times a night with clammy legs and hands..

Feeling of weakness, tiredness, lightheadedness, tingling sensation in ears and on the scalp along with clammy legs and hands.
alp can be associated with each other or can be different pathologies.
Ringing sensation in the ears is caused by diseases of inner ear.
You need to consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment.
The tingling sensation on the scalp and clammy legs and hands suggests a neurological disorder.
You need to consult a physician for clinical examination and relevant investigations to make a correct diagnosis and thus management.
