HI...HOPE U DOING WELL. ITS ME ADA,. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE SOME WHITE ACNES ON MY TESTICLES SINCE LAST 5 YEARS, THEY R NOT GONNA RIDOFF. THESE ARE PAINLESS. I M SO WORRY ABOUT THESE AS I M GONNA MARRY IN FEB2013. SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME WAT TO DO NOW?

Thanks for your query.

Read and understood your history about the white acne on your scrotum / testicles for the last 5 years , and now that you are getting married you are worried about it.

In simple words, these are called multiple sebaceous cysts and have now become permanent as they are in existence for 5 years.
The best option is :
Get examined by a General Surgeon and
Get all the cysts excised and you will be fine and stress-free.
Nothing much to worry about.
