What Is The Treatment For Wrist Pain?

I had blood sample taken one week ago from inner arm. Since then I have had persistent pain in wrist area... it seems to be getting better but still getting spasms there when move arm certain ways. They have called me back to give another sample said there was something wrong with one they took... I am a bit reluctant as difficult to get blood from me as veins deep set and hard to find and prone to collapse. Should I leave next sample until I recover fully from the last sample taken.
