What Is The Treatment Lumbar Compression Fracture?

I have a compression fracture in my L1 vertabra, it happened on Oct 10 and i would assume that it is healed now. I have had 5 physio treatments and I find now when I bend forward my right side of my back goes numb and it tingles. Is this serious or should I be asking my doctor about an MRi or CT scan.
