What Is The Treatment Of Fever If Have Kidney Infection ?

Hi, I was diagnosed with a kindey infection today and am taking anti-biotics. I was told to go to the emergency room if I developed a fever or nausea. My temperature is bouncing between 100.6 and 99.8, after taking aceteminophen. Do I need to go to the hospital?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is pure infection of renal origin then this needs to be treated with Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day for 7 days, if still the symptoms does not improved then condition need to be investigated, hope this helps.
