What Is The Treatment Of Hole On Ear Drum Which Is Being Infected ?

Hi doctor i do operation in my ear drum to cover the hole on it but after operation i found small hole and time to time becoming infect with bacteria and some time i feel there is liquid behind the drum and now i used safrodex ear drop pls help me

you may need a course of antibiotics for the infection.
please see an ENT for the same.
if the infections are repeated then you can get operated again.
till then keep your ears dry and do not try to clean your ears.
