What Is The Treatment Of Migraine ?

Hi. I gave my 14 year old daughter 400mg of brufen 200mg at 6 and a further 200mg 6.30 am. She was very sick after the 2nd dos. Will it be safe to give her a further 400mg at 10am-10.30am? She has migraine and is still in pain despite a dose of Paracetomol at 7.30am.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
Since the migraine is not responding to treatment by usual analgesic drugs she may require higher drugs like ergotamine. These needs to be taken under the supervision of your doctor.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
