What Is The Treatment Of Pain In Foot If Have High Sugar Level ?

my wife aged 58 years was having pain in her foot , doctor advised Blood sugar fasting and she was found having sugar level at 164.21 mg/dl.
serum cholestrol 310.61, serum trig 195.29, direct HDL 46.01, serum VLDL 39.06, direct LDL 187.10, CHO/HDL RATIO 6.75, LDL/HDL 4.07, KINDLY ADVISE

Dear sir I can understand your concern.in my opinion your wife blood sugar in not undercontrol and her lipids also are not under control.
In my she might be suffering from diabetic neuropathy,this a complication in diabetes which will affect mainly foot.
first sugar control is very important

so her medications should be revised.
tab neurobion once daily and tab.pregastar 75 taken once in night for 2 weeks will help in reducing pain.
I need to look at her medication if you want me to adjust her medication
