What Is The Treatment Of Schizophrenia ?

Hi,my son is suffering from schizophrenia since last 8months.He is taking quetipine 400mg and schizopin75mg daily since last 3months but has not improved yet.we are confused,heis our only child. he is 30 years old.Please advice what to do? we want to give him some relief immediately. \please tell us how can we proceed?
