Hi, Sore throat is a vague term covers simple inflammation to allergy and infections. While having sore throat try home made remedies like taking Hot water / Lime juice in hot water / salt water gargling thrice daily / vitamin C rich foods. If it is painful try paracetamol or NSAIDs. If there is fever definitely you require family physicians advice after you try those remedies. Secondlt the Sumatriptan taken for headache causes vaso constriction so increased BP-mainly systolic. In your case it warns that Diastolic BP is 101 please check your basal BP regularly for 3 days. If average systolic more than 140, diastolic more than 90 you report to your physician for medical advice. take care
