What Is The Treatment Of Tension Headache ?
I was diagnosed with tension headache..I m suffering for 4 months...not everyday is headache but mostly is irritated skull and tight head...my ctscan is normal...now i ve already attended 5 session rehabilitation for my tense muscle .my concern is i ve have 2 experience of involutarily moving and shaking of my body (head to chest)while just lying on bed and the other one is when i wake up in morning...

First of all, you should measure your blood pressure to exclude hypertension. If it were normal, you could take some pain killers, such as Ibuprofen and Vitamin B complex.
