What Is The Treatment Of Tiny Pin Hole In Ear ?

Hi, I was born with a tiny pin hole in my right ear. It's where the ear and the face connect in the corner. It doesn't bother me, but I would like to know what the medical name for it is. I am a 22 year old African American female. As far as I know none of my immediate family members has this.

Hi , your clinical history is suggestive of Preauricular sinus.

It is result of improper fusion of pinna during development. It has tracks inside & if opening is block then it may result in swelling with infection.
