Hello, I m 40 years old, height- 157cm, weight-67. Everything is fine with me except that I have had sunken eyes ever since i remember. Tried applying almond oil mix with honey for a month or two but that didn t work. Continuation of consuming almond also has no effect. I hydrate myself taking three ltrs or sometimes more than that. Eyes look even disasterous whenever i go outdoors for long hours which i can t just avoid. I follow a healthy dietNo serious health ailment till date that would be causing the sunken eyes. Please suggest me any particular food,cream or any supplement that will cure the sunken eye look. I would be too obliged if you could help me out of the miserly look. Thanking you
