Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Attention Deficit Disorder is a disorder and not a disease. Disorder becomes health or life problems if you take them seriously. Ignore them and be aware of them. Find your attention deficit areas and be aware. Never try to overpower them. Ignore them. Think that they are normal and are causing no problems to you. Slowly and steadily the effect on life reduces. You learn to live with it effectively.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
