I am forty two and 68 in height, i am finding difficulties in getting pregnant now. but in 2008 i delivered one girl, and my husband desperately needs another one to make two, and i too need one. my first gynacologist prescribed utrogestan for me; and i have taken it for close to a year now, and instead it has changed my cirlce unnecessarilly long. sometimes, i have it normally and sometimes its pretty long. like now, today is the 35th day and i haven seen it yet.But my doctor pays no attention to my cry hope u can help me. thanx

There are ovulation testing kits available in market. which are urine testing kits once it is positive next 48 hours are very important for fertilization of female egg. keeping relation during that time have highest chances of getting pregnant. have confidence.
there is genetic scan which is done at 13 week and 20 weeks. genetic scan exactly can tell you if any damage to fetus. because elderly pregnant women carries risk of down's syndrome. so it is necessary if you conceive.
