Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Fallung sensation can.be due to cervical spondylosis, BP or cardiac or due to anxiety issues. Get her blood pressure ( sitting and lying down), ECG, X Ray neck, to see if they are disturbed. Corecting the cause will surely help in. In case of normal reports, the cause is mist likely psychological. She should visit her GP or psychiatrist and needs to be interviewed in detail about the symptom.
Dont worry, though it is troublesome problem but can be managed nicely.
