What Is The Unprecedented Count Of WBC In Lukemia Patinet?

hello, ...I am doing a bit of research on what appears to be a very unusual situation. A good friend of mine was diagnosed with leukemia about 7 years ago, ...and, predicitibly, his wbc count started to rise dramatically. His last bloodwork came back with a wbc reading of 450,000. I know that this is an alarmingly high count, ...but I am wondering just how high that actually is in relation to what be considered a count that is unprecedented among an active 65 year old male.
Thank you so much for your time.

Dear,
your friend maintained a long time remission. Now it seems he has relapse. He needs to undergo repeat induction therapy.
