What Is The Use And Side Effect Of Menoreg Syrup?

I use to have irregular periods previously and after I engaged I started using medicines as per marriage schedule. Now I need to move abroad. Then before leaving i met doctor. She asked me to take menoreg syrup Atleast 2 bottles. Now my question is how the syrup useful to me or will be having any side affects??

@ Saraca Indica
