What Is The Use Of Ketosterone?

I took a capsule of Cissus Quadrangularis last night (ruptured achilles yrs ago) I noticed pain went down to next to nothing, but inflammation dramatically decreased, by morning inflammation rising again.

I know that Cissus is good for soft tissue repair - Capsule contains 50%, but what is other 50% in capsule? (its listed as ketosterone as the other 50%) What is Ketosterone and what does it do?
