What Is The Use Of Using LS Dew Soap?

Hi, I am 26 old female. I have black spots on my face due to ance. I visited a dermologist and he suggested me Ever lite Skin cream once at night for half an hour and the LS dew soap daily morning. I cream a lightened the spots but please explain the use of LS dew soap.
