What Is The Usual Injection Given In Sting Bites?

I was stung by something 2 days ago. This morning I went to our care facility (like primacare) and they gave me a shot. They drew a circle around the diameter and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. I am trying to figure out what type of shot they gave me. The name started with an R .

You may be given a shot for a RASH (radioallergosorbent release test) test which is used to diagnose allergy and severe anaphylactic reactions. It is a very safer blood test.

Remove sting, give paracetamole tablats for pain, give cold compress, clean area with soap and water and give anti allergic medication like cetirizine.
