What Is The Vein Appeared On The Left Side Of My Forehead?

Hi. Yesterday I noticed a vein on the left side of my forehead. It goes from my scalp down to the side of my eye. I have never noticed this before. I don't have any pain or any other symptoms. I have been under a lot of stress lately. Is this something to be concerned about?
