What Is The Way To Ease Extremely Itchy, Painful Bumps On Legs, Chin And Neck?
I have these bumps (goosebumps if you will) they itch extremely bad on a scale of 1-10 it's a 15. I haven't used anything new. I don't live in a hot climate. it's on my legs front and back, along by chin, on my neck and décolleté.
