What Is The Weird Lump Inside The Vagina?

Hello I have a question for you. I never been to the gynecologist but I will soon. Anyway, I was masturbating and I fely a weird lump. When I pushed onto it it hurt but gave a good sensation kinda like a g-spot. But I find it weird that i can move my finger around it. I m not exactly sure what it is. Do you have any suggestions.
