Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white bump inside the nostril which seems to be due to nasal polyp. It is growth inside nostril along with mucus and dirt. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for paranasal sinus X-ray and start treatment after complete examination. You should take nasal saline rinses. Avoid touching or picking nose with any sharp object. Avoid intake of any cold beverages. You should take proper course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin along with anti inflammatory medication such as Sinarest. You should get it removed surgically as well after consultation with ENT specialist.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
