Hello Deepak,
Discharge from the penis at any other time (i.e. when not sexually excited) is usually a sign of infection.
Causes of discharge from the penis include Urethritis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Non-specific urethritis, Acute prostatitis and Infection under the foreskin of males who have not been circumcised.
Cause of penile discharge is diagnosed by finding pus cells on a urethral swab or 'first catch' urine sample (ie urine taken from when you first begin to pass water) and identifying the infecting organism.
The treatment would include a course of antibiotics and the choice will depend on type of infecting organism. Please visit a skin specialist for needful.

Hope you get well soon.
Thanks.
