Hi, I have gone through your question. Fluid secretion from the nipple is rare at 5 weeks of pregnancy, and that so after abortion.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon so that your proper examination and investigations can be done. Discharge secretion from the nipple is also present in hyperprolactemia which is a hormonal disorder.
I would suggest you to get your hormonal profile done and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
