Hello,

The white line growing in the lips is commonly due to vitamin B12 deficiency & iron deficiency. It can be a fungal infection.

Sometimes, addiction to drugs, alcohol, smoking or even stress can cause it. Quit addictions if any.

Take iron & vitamin B12 supplements together with nutritious food, fruits, nuts & adequate sleep.

Take tablet Turmix, one tablet three times daily for 15 days. For local application apply Kenacort ointment.

However, you are suggested to get physically examined by a maxillofacial surgeon, you may require to get depigmentation done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
