General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be a boil, with bacterial infection, at this it usually bursts, and leave the pus, and little blood.
If it don't burst and become pain full, i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an incision and drainage, for complete cure.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, paracetamol.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
