What Is The White Stuff Discharge With Itching In Vagina?

I'm 37 yrs. old and have been married for 16 yrs. I have 7 children and weigh 137 lbs. My husband cheated on me 6 months ago and only found out about it 2 months ago, all the while having sex with him. Asked him to go to the doctor to be checked out but he refuses. So I decided to go yesterday because of no insurance for me. Was checked out but realized I've been icthing and burning slightly and did a home test for bacterial infection and found soft white stuff on the inside of my vagina cavity. No ordor and is slightly swollen inside. Please tell what this is and what I can do.
