What Is The White Stuff Inside The Clitoris?

Hi, I have some white stuff inside my clitoris and it is very sore and burning. I have just finished taking antibiotics and i got these symptoms halfway through the antibiotics.. I started using and anti fungal cream internally but its been 4 days and no change. The cream burns when i first use it. Is this thrush?? I have just started on inner health plus today as well hoping this will help.
