hi doctor, my name is laison, my problem is one day i made the sex with my wife and i use her back hole, but not full. after that i can see my penis there is something white color, and the penis end skin is coming small, if i am pulling back it will be hurt and i cant pull back the skin. and there is crack also.....can you give me a good answer sir

The white substance may be mucus.
In ability to retract fore skin over glans is known as phimosis.
Due to forced anal act your skin once retract cannot came back.
You need to remove your fore skin by circumcision otherwise it create emergency in future.
