What Is The Yellow And Brown Spot I See When I Close My Eyes?
I woke up one day last week and when I decided to try to get some more sleep, I closed my eyes and saw a yellow spot, It was shaped like a sunflower and it had a brown looking spot in the middle. It lasted for about 30 to 45 seconds. I open my eyes and closed them again and the same thing happened. On the tree time, it went away. I have never had this to happen to me before. I hope this is not serious. Thanks,

Those are just afterimages which appear when you are kind of stressed out.
Don't worry about them.
But if they are too frequent visit an ophthalmologist just to make sure that every thing is fine..
