What Is The Yellow And White Discharge Before Attaining Maturity?

hi im 12 years old and for about the past 3 months i have been finding green, brown and yellow gunk in my underpants, as well as white chunky stuff. i haven't gotten my period yet. is this normal for girls in puberty, or should i bring it up with my mom?
