What Is The Yellow-white Discharge From My Penis?

Hi, around 6 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with my (then) girlfriend. A few days after, I noticed a small wart like spot on my penis which went away after 4-5 days. I have now noticed though that I have a yellow-white discharge from my penis which sometimes has a little blood in it. What could this be?

You can wait for a couple of days for spontaneous recovery. If the discharge persists, better to consult a dermatologist to rule out STD.
