What Is This Below Thyroid Test Indicate?

Hello. I just wanna ask if what is the meaning of diffuse thyroid parenchymal disease with complex nodule? And can you please explain this to me if it is normal or not Both thyroid glands show coarsened in parenchymal echopattern with mild increased in vascularity. The right thyroid lobe measures 4.9x2.1x1.5cm cortical thickness of 2.1cm. The left thyroid lobe measures 4.8x2.0x1.6cm with complex nodule measuring 1.0x0.5x1.0cm. Isthmus measures 0.18cm. Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your report suggest you have diffuse thyroid enlargement with nodule. So You may have nodular goitre. Mostly it should be benign nodule but you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology study once to rule out any chance of malignancy. Then take treatment accordingly.
